Coming into force in accordance with article 1(2)
The Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947 and section 12 of the Superannuation Act 1972, as applied by section 16(3) of that Act, makes the following Order:
