# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) (No. 2) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation, commencement, effect and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) (No. 2) Order 2010.
(2) This Order comes into force on 31st October 2010, and, subject to paragraph (3), has effect from 1st April 2010.
(3) Paragraph 7 of the Schedule has effect from 31st October 2010.
(4) This Order extends to Scotland only.
