In rule B3 (ill-health award)–

(a)

in paragraph (2)(a) and (b), after “calculated”, insert “subject to paragraph (3)”; and

(b)

after paragraph (2), insert–

“(3)

Where the person holds the role of Station Manager B or a superior role, the calculation required by paragraph (2)(a) or (b) shall be made as if his normal pension age were 60.”.
