# The Firefighters' Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2005, Paragraph 4


In rule A6 (no application to auxiliary firefighters) for “a member of a brigade who is enrolled for service in the brigade which”, substitute “an employee of a fire and rescue authority whose employment”.
