(a)

in paragraph (1)–

(i)

for “fire authority” (in the first place those words appear), substitute “fire and rescue authority”; and

(ii)

for “the fire authority” (in the second place those words appear), substitute “the authority”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (7), (8) and (9), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
