(a)

in paragraphs (1) to (3) and (6), for “fire authority” substitute “fire and rescue authority”;

(b)

in paragraph (8)(b), for “a member of a brigade”, substitute “an employee of a fire and rescue authority”; and

(c)

in paragraph (9), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
