(a)

for paragraph (1A), substitute–

“(1A)

In determining whether a disablement is permanent, a fire and rescue authority shall have regard to whether the disablement will continue until the person’s normal pension age.”; and

(b)

in paragraph (4), for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
