In Schedule 5 (awards on death-additional provisions)^f1–

(a)

in Part I (adult dependent relative special pension)–

(i)

in paragraph 2(2) for “widow's” substitute “surviving spouse's”; and

(ii)

in paragraph 3(2), for “member of a brigade”, substitute “employee of a fire and rescue authority”;

(b)

omit Part II (gratuity in lieu of surviving spouse’s pension); and

(c)

in Part III (gratuity in lieu of child’s allowance), in paragraph 1, for “fire authority”, substitute “fire and rescue authority”.
