In Schedule 11 (special cases), in Part IV (modification for persons serving on 10 July 1956)–

(a)

in paragraph 9(a) for “widow”, substitute “surviving spouse”; and

(b)

in paragraph 19, in paragraph 3 (Scheme II) of the substituted Part I of Schedule 3, for “widow's”, substitute “surviving spouse's”.
