# The Firefighters' Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2007, Article 1: Citation, commencement and effect


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters' Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2007.
(2) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2007, but the amendments made by article 2 and the Schedule shall have effect from 6th April 2006.
