Laid before the Scottish Parliament 8th March 2007
Coming into force 1st April 2007
The Scottish Ministers, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947, sections 12 and 16 of the Superannuation Act 1972 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf hereby make the following Order:
