Laid before Parliament 22nd April 2008
Coming into force 14th May 2008
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1) to (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947, sections 12 and 16 of the Superannuation Act 1972and all other powers enabling them to do so.
