# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2010, Article 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme Amendment (Scotland) Order 2010 and comes into force on 1st April 2010.
(2) This Order extends to Scotland only.
