# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, commencement and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force on 31st December 2012.
(3) This Order applies in relation to England only.
