  "text": "This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of a defect in S.I. 2026/281 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.\nFIRE AND RESCUE SERVICES, ENGLAND\nPENSIONS, ENGLAND\nMade at 9.02 a.m. on 17th March 2026\nLaid before Parliament at 4.00 p.m. on 17th March 2026\nComing into force 31st March 2026\nThe Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(1), (2), and (4), and 60(2) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.\nIn accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, the Secretary of State consulted those persons the Secretary of State considers appropriate.",
