# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) (No.2) Order 2013, Paragraph 4


In Part 8 (determination of questions and appeals), in rule 5 (appeals on other issues) for “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures) Regulations 1996” substitute “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008.”.
