# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2008, Paragraph 15


In Annex 1 (ill-health pensions), in paragraph 1—
(a) in sub-paragraph (2)—
(i) after “person”, insert “who is a retained or volunteer firefighter”; and
(ii) after “by his”, insert “final”; and
(b) in sub-paragraph (3), after “retained”, insert “or volunteer”.
