# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2008, Paragraph 5


In Part 4 (survivors’ pensions)—
(a) in Chapter 1, in rule 2 (amount of survivor’s pension: general), for “rule 2(4)” substitute “rule 2(3)”; and
(b) in Chapter 2, in rule 7 (child’s pension: limitations and duration), in paragraphs (3) and (4), for “firefighter member” substitute “deceased”.
