In Part 8 (determination of questions and appeals)—
(a) in rule 3 (review of medical opinion), in paragraph (1)(b)(i), for “rule 1”, substitute “rule 2”; and
(b) in rule 4 (appeals against decisions based on medical advice), in paragraph (4)(b) omit “(“the explanation”)”.
