# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2026, Paragraph 4

Extent: E+W

(1) Part 11 (pensionable pay, pension contributions and purchase of additional service) is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 6B (election to purchase service during the limited period or the extended limited period: supplemental provision), in paragraphs (13) and (14), for “after 31st March 2025” substitute “any later than 1st April 2027.”.
