  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThe Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/589) amend the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) Regulations 2014 (S.I. 2014/2848) to make transitional provision for a member of the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme 1992 or a member of the New Firefighters’ Pension Scheme 2006 who are no longer able to remain active members of those Schemes.\nThese Regulations correct errors in the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England)(Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015.\nNo impact assessment has been prepared in relation to these Regulations because no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen and the impact on the public sector is minimal.",
