# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England)(Amendment) Order 2012, Article 1: Citation, application and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England)(Amendment) Order 2012.
(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.
(3) This Order shall come into force on 1st April 2012.
