# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment (No. 3) Order 2014, Introduction: Introductory text


This Statutory Instrument has been made in consequence of errors in S.S.I. 2014/110 and is being issued free of charge to all known recipients of that Statutory Instrument.

Coming into force 28th June 2014
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(1) to (4) and 60(2) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
In accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, they have consulted with such persons as they considered appropriate.
