# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012, Article 1: Citation and commencement


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Scotland) Amendment Order 2012.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st April 2012.
