  "text": "FIRE SERVICES\nPENSIONS\nMade 21st April 2008\nLaid before Parliament 22nd April 2008\nComing into force 14th May 2008\nThe Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(1) to (4) and 60(2) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 and all other powers enabling them to do so.\nIn accordance with section 34(5) of that Act they have consulted with such persons as they considered appropriate.",
