The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Fire Services Act 1947 and section 12 of the Superannuation Act 1972, as applied by section 16(3) of that Act, and sections 36, 53, 60 and 62 of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, makes the following Order:
