In rule G1 (pensionable pay and average pensionable pay), in paragraph (4)—

(a)

for sub-paragraph (a), substitute—

“(a)

for the purposes of rule C7 (award to spouse or civil partner where no other award payable), the date of the person’s last day of service as a regular firefighter,”; and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (b), after “purposes”, insert “of this Scheme”.
