# The Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2007, Paragraph 49


In rule J1 (guaranteed minimum pensions), for paragraph (6), substitute—
“(6) For the purposes of paragraph (5), a pension includes any increase in it under the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971.”.
