# The Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Wales) (Amendment) Order 2009, Paragraph 13


In Annex 1 (ill-health pensions), in paragraph 1, in sub-paragraph (2)—
(a) after “person”, insert “who is a retained or volunteer firefighter”; and
(b) after “by that person's”, insert “final”.
