Paragraph 15 Amendment of Annex A1 (pension contributions)

Annex A1 is amended as follows.

For paragraph 5 substitute—

“5.

Pensionable pay in the first column of the Table below does not include payments made to a firefighter member by the authority in respect of any benefits which are pensionable under rule 7B(1) of Part 3, but those payments must be included in the member’s pensionable pay for the purposes of the application of the rate specified in the second column.”
