  "text": "(1) Part 8 is amended as follows.\n(2) In rule 1 (interpretation) omit—\n“IQMP” (“YMCA”) means independent qualified medical practitioner; and”.\n(3) In rule 5 (appeals on other issues), for “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures) Regulations 1996” substitute “the Occupational Pension Schemes (Internal Dispute Resolution Procedures Consequential and Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2008”.",
