# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Wales) (Amendment)Order 2014, Paragraph 8: Amendment of Part 9 (review, withdrawal and forfeiture of awards)


(1) Part 9 is amended as follows.
(2) In rule 4 (withdrawal of early payment of deferred pension) after “sixty five” insert “or the age of sixty in the case of a special member”.
