# The Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (Wales) (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2015, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1
The Welsh Ministers make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1) and (2)(f), 2(1) and 3(1), (2), (3)(a) and (4) of, and paragraph 6(b) of Schedule 2 to, the Public Service Pensions Act 2013.
In accordance with section 21 of that Act, the Welsh Ministers have consulted the representatives of such persons as appear to the Welsh Ministers likely to be affected by these Regulations.
Pursuant to section 24(1) and (3) of that Act, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, the National Assembly for Wales.
