# The Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Wales) Order 2007, Article 1: Title, commencement and application


(1) The title of this Order is the Firefighters' Pension Scheme (Wales) Order 2007.
(2) Subject to paragraph (3), this Order comes into force on 29 March 2007, and has effect from 6 April 2006.
(3) Part 13 of Schedule 1 comes into force on 1 April 2007.
(4) This Order applies in relation to Wales.
