# The Firefighters’ Pension Schemes (England) (Amendment) Order 2023, Article 1: Citation, commencement, extent and application


(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Schemes (England) (Amendment) Order 2023.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st October 2023.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales.
(4) This Order applies in relation to England only.
