The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26(1), (2) and (5) of the Fire Services Act 1947, and section 34(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
The Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 34(5) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
