Article 2 Continuation in force and amendment of the Firefighters' Pension (Wales) Scheme

For the purposes of the Scheme preserved by paragraph (1), the provisions of section 26, subsections (1) to (5), of the Fire Services Act 1947 have effect as it for each reference to the Secretary of State there were substituted a reference to the National Assembly for Wales.
