# The Firefighters' Pension (Wales) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2006, Paragraph 19


In rule E8 (increase of pensions and allowances during first 13 weeks)—
(a) in paragraph (1), after “spouse's”, insert “or civil partner's”; and
(b) in paragraphs (5)(a) and (b) and (7), after “spouse”, insert “or civil partner”.
