in Part I (child’s ordinary allowance), in paragraph 2(1)(b) and (2), after “spouse's”, insert “or civil partner's”; and

(b)

in Part III (child’s accrued allowance), in paragraph 5(a), after “spouse's”, insert “or civil partner's”.
