# The Firefighters' Pension (Wales) Scheme (Amendment) Order 2006, Paragraph 31


In Schedule 5 (awards on death— additional provisions), in Part I (adult dependent relative’s special pension)—
(a) in paragraph 1(a), after “spouse”, insert “or civil partner”; and
(b) in paragraph 2(1)(a) and (2), after “spouse's”, insert “or civil partner's”.
