In Part L (payment of awards and financial provisions)—

(a)

in rule L3 (payment of awards)—

(i)

in paragraph (1)(b), omit “in advance”; and

(ii)

in paragraphs (7) and (8), in each place where it occurs, for “gratuity” substitute “gratuity or lump sum”; and

(b)

in rule L4 (prevention of duplication)—

(i)

in paragraph (1), for “or the Compensation Scheme” substitute “and the Compensation Scheme”; and

(ii)

in paragraph (3), omit “and rule L4B”.
