In Part C (award on death — spouses)—

(a)

in rule C1 (spouse’s ordinary pension), for paragraph (2) substitute—

“(2)

Where this rule applies the surviving spouse is entitled to an ordinary pension calculated in accordance with Part 1 of Schedule 3”;

(b)

in rule C10 (pension debit members) for “Government Actuary” substitute “Scheme Actuary”.
