# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 1990, Paragraph 12

In article 33 (child’s ordinary allowance), in paragraph (1)(a) after the word “fireman” insert “, unless an election under article 56A(1) not to pay pension contributions had effect at the time of his death”.
