  "text": "In article 80H (reckoning of additional benefits) —\n(a) in paragraph (1) for the words from “save that where” to “article 80G” substitute\n“save that where —\n(a) he had discontinued payment on grounds of financial hardship under article 80G, or\n(b) he had made an election under article 56A(1) which was subsequently cancelled under article 56A(5),”;\n(b) after paragraph (1) insert —\n“(1A) Paragraph (1) does not have effect in relation to a regular fireman who has at any time made an election under article 56A(1) which has not been cancelled under article 56A(5).”; and\n(c) in paragraph (2) —\n(i) after the words “that election” insert “either”, and\n(ii) after the words “article 16D” insert “or elects under article 56A(1) not to pay pension contributions”.",
