# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 1990, Paragraph 26

Extent: E+W+S

In Part IV of Schedule 2 (widow’s accrued pension), in the proviso to paragraph 3 —
(a) after the words “shall not apply” insert “where an election under article 56A(1) had effect at the time of the death, nor shall it apply”; and
(b) for the words “five years” substitute “2 years”.
