# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 1990, Paragraph 9

In article 22 (widow’s ordinary pension), in paragraph (1)(a) after the word “fireman” insert “, unless an election under article 56A(1) not to pay pension contributions had effect at the time of his death”.
