# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 1990, Paragraph 1

In article 5 (aggregate contributions), in paragraph (1)(a) for the words “he is entitled” substitute “he is, or was immediately before electing under article 56A(1) not to pay pension contributions, entitled”.
