Paragraph 11

(1)

For paragraph 7(1) there shall be substituted—

“(1)

There shall be paid to the board—

(a)

such fees as are determined in accordance with arrangements made by the Secretary of State, or

(b)

where no such arrangements have been made, such fees and allowances as the Secretary of State may from time to time determine.”.

(2)

In paragraph 7(2) for the words “The fees and allowances” there shall be substituted “Any fees and allowances payable to the board under sub-paragraph (1)”.
