# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 1998, Paragraph 3


In Part II of Schedule 1 (interpretation), for paragraph 2 there shall be substituted—
“2 In this Scheme “state pensionable age” means pensionable age as determined in accordance with the rules in paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Pensions Act 1995.”.
