# The Firemen’s Pension Scheme (Amendment) Order 2004, Paragraph 1


In rule A7 (reckoning of service for purposes of awards), add at the end—
“(4) Subject to rule B13 and Part VIA of Schedule 2, any period of service as a part-time member of a brigade shall be treated as service as a whole-time member of a brigade when calculating a person’s pensionable service.”.
